STEP 2 : Click on "Transfer"
STEP 3 : Go to "To Account" and write:

STEP 6 : Go to master key
Enter your master key
STEP 7 : Click on Preview
STEP 8 : Select "Other" and click on "Preview" and "Confirm
After 5mins you will get 40.00 LR!
I have tested it and worked for me.
I think you must have atleast 10$ in your account.
