If you want to mine Bitcoin and you don't know where to start, there is a simple way to do it: you can just install a Google Chrome extension, CryptoTab and leave it open while browsing.
Yes, simply.
User Interface is really simple and intuitive: you can choose to slow down your mining computational power or even to stop it completely.
You must login with Google or VK to keep track of your referrals.
You'll be paid in proportion to the amount of your contribution to the global mining network and with a percentage on your referrals.
It substantially is pyramidal marketing.
Is it a scam? Dunno, it seems clean up till now (Wednesday, February 14, 2018)
In fact I've just done network audits once installed and I've dig into the source code and found nothing scary.
It uses Coinhive js library to create a distributed Monero mining pool. Monero is then converted to Bitcoin for sake of distribution.
You can withdraw your tokens once you reach ~ 0.0004 BTC.
CryptoTab is maybe the only legit exception to a Ponzi scheme that works: it uses your browser and pc to share computational power within a distributed mining pool and you earn BTC from referral.
Let's try it.
