2. Rebuild the product visuals with AI

Step 1: Find winning competitor ads with FastMoss

Start in FastMoss.

Search for a competitor brand or product in your niche and look at their TikTok Shop ads.

You’re looking for:

• Ads with high spend longevity
• Repeated creatives (same ad running for weeks)
• Simple product-focused demos

💡 If they’re spending money on it consistently, it’s working.

Once you find a strong performer:

• Open the ad
• Save or download the TikTok Shop video
• This will be your motion + structure reference

Step 2: Recreate the product image in MakeUGC (PIH)

Now go to MakeUGC → Image Creator and enable PIH (Product In Hand).

Upload:

• A similar product image (or your own product)
• Or recreate the product using AI if needed

Your goal here is not copying — it’s matching:

• Camera angle
• Lighting
• Composition
• Creator-style framing

Using the same style creator, you’ll generate a product image that visually matches the winning ad — but features your product.

💡 Think of this as rebuilding the ad’s visual foundation.

Step 3: Match the style + creator look

Still inside MakeUGC:

• Use the same creator style as the original ad
• Keep framing consistent (hands, desk, background, POV)
• Maintain similar scale and distance from camera

You now have:

• A new product image
• In the exact same visual language as the competitor

Step 4: Replicate motion using MakeUGC Motion Control

Now the magic part.

Go to MakeUGC → Motion Control.

Upload:

• Left side: the competitor’s TikTok Shop video (from FastMoss)
• Right side: the AI-generated product image you just created

Motion Control will:

• Track hand movements
• Replicate pacing and gestures
• Match camera motion and timing
